This Privacy Policy applies to the Pet Shark Android application and 3D live wallpaper ("Pet Shark", "we", "our", or "the app"). Pet Shark is designed to operate locally on your Android device without accounts, advertising networks, analytics, or behavioral tracking.
What we collect
Pet Shark does not collect personal information from your device or transmit personal information to us.
We do not collect or receive:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account information
- Location information or precise location data
- Advertising IDs or other identifiers for tracking
- Usage analytics, behavioral profiles, or interaction histories
- Photos, videos, contacts, or personal files
Pet Shark does not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.
What stays on your phone
Pet Shark stores certain app settings locally on your device so the app can remember your preferences. These may include audio settings and your selected frame-rate target.
These settings are used locally by the app and are not transmitted to us or to advertising or analytics services.
The 3D rendering engine, shark behavior, fish behavior, visual effects, and audio processing run locally on your device. The core app does not require an internet connection and can continue to operate while your device is offline.
Local app data is removed when Pet Shark is uninstalled, subject to Android's normal system behavior.
Permissions
Pet Shark does not require access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or personal files for its core features.
When you apply Pet Shark as a live wallpaper, Android manages the system wallpaper experience and the app renders the animated scene on the surfaces you select.
Pet Shark includes a smart-pause system that stops its rendering activity when the screen is turned off or the wallpaper is covered by another app, helping reduce unnecessary background work.
In-app purchases
Pet Shark is available as a free application and may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play.
Purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system. Pet Shark does not collect or store your payment card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials.
The app may receive purchase status information from Google Play so that an eligible purchase can unlock the corresponding feature on your device. Pet Shark does not operate its own payment processing service.
Third parties
Pet Shark does not contain advertising networks or behavioral analytics SDKs. The app does not use services such as AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, Adjust, or similar advertising, tracking, or attribution systems.
Pet Shark is distributed through Google Play. Google Play is a separate service operated by Google and may process information associated with app distribution, purchases, account security, diagnostics, and other Google Play functions.
Google's handling of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy .
Pet Shark does not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertising or analytics companies.
Children
Pet Shark does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Because Pet Shark does not require an account and does not collect personal information, we do not maintain personal profiles or behavioral databases about users.
Optional purchases are handled through Google Play and are subject to Google's account and purchasing systems.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information.
Pet Shark does not maintain a database of personal information about its users. As a result, there is generally no personal information held by us to access, correct, export, or delete.

Information independently held by Google through Google Play is subject to Google's own privacy policies and account controls.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Pet Shark's features, services, or legal requirements change.
When we make material changes to how Pet Shark handles information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
We will not silently introduce data collection, advertising, analytics, or tracking practices without updating this policy to describe them.
